Day 1- My 1st bowl

Getting ready to weigh in


 Genghis Grill Day 1- here we go!!


 My first bowl: chicken, carrots, zucchini and squash, spinach, garlic, pepper, cayenne powder, and brown rice with sweet and sour sauce. Under 500 calories and delicious although the brown rice will take a little getting used to, especially without pouring on the extra sauce! I really liked the added kick of the cayenne powder.

    Is that 2 servings of chicken? Did you double up on any of the veggies? Just curious.....

  3. It's double chicken (I measured it out- 8 oz.), squash and zucchini- just one tong full, carrots- probably 2 tongs full, 2 tong fulls of spinach, a bit of cilantro, garlic, pepper, cayenne pepper, and 2 tbsp. of the sweet and sour sauce.
