Back At It!

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaack! I promise no more facebook Genghis posts, but I am going to try and continue to blog. I need the accountability. I've had a rough couple of weeks. I got sick right after the contest ended with a sinus thing and it made it hard to workout. We also went to Disney, camped, and went to a wedding in the weekends after the contest. So, I've gained a few pounds but I'm ready to lose them again.

I've been back in the gym and trying to find a new routine of healthy eating. I am missing my daily, free, healthy meal from Genghis!

I'll be going to weight watchers tomorrow so I will post my total WW weight loss and that's what will be my official for tracking my weight loss from now on.

  1. I know it can be discouraging when you don't make it to work out and when its hard to eat right. I've struggled lately. it had been about a month since I'd been to the gym. but I got back in there yesterday and it felt great! and I think my key to making healthy meals here at home mean keeping it simple and not a lot of ingredients. so I am with you! praying we can do this and trusting God to help us as we strive to glorify Him in it!! :-) love you friend!
